Basic Information

It is based on the multi-pipe membrane sulphonation and double membrane suphonation reactor, the set of device produces LAS, AES, AOS and other surface active agent in daily chemical industry.Production capability: from 0.5MT/h to 5MT/h. According to the production capability, we can adopt apparatus control and advanced DCS system control. Main working procedures include sulphur melting, air drying, SO3 producing, suphonation, exhaust gas disposal and sulphonation deep processing.
